  1. Booking and Payment
  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
  • We accept payments via major credit cards, bank transfers, and other approved payment methods.
  1. Cancellations and Refunds
  • Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the charter are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the charter will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days.
  1. Charter Conditions
  • Guests must arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure.
  • All charters are subject to weather conditions and the discretion of the captain.
  • The company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings in case of unfavorable conditions or safety concerns.
  1. Safety and Conduct
  • The safety of our guests and crew is our top priority.
  • Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the captain and crew.
  • The use of illegal substances, excessive alcohol consumption, or unruly behavior is strictly prohibited.
  • The company reserves the right to terminate the charter without a refund if safety is compromised.
  1. Damages and Liability
  • Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the yacht or its equipment.
  • The company is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the charter.
  • We recommend that guests carry personal travel insurance.
  1. Photography and Media
  • We may capture photos or videos during your charter for promotional purposes.
  • If you do not wish to appear in such media, please inform our team in advance.
  1. Changes to Terms
  • epicyachtrentaldubai.com reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
  1. Governing Law
  • These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
